Streamlining ASB at Portsmouth

HUBSolutions has been working round the clock to deliver a vastly streamlined ASB system for Portsmouth City Council. A working party from the Council has been looking at every page and every pick list with a view to make it faster for staff to operate. In the process they have come up with some exciting innovations.

New features:-

  • An ASB Incident Screen to allow time-poor front line staff to enter core details of a complaint with the minimum of fuss and bother, and then pass on the complaint to an Caseworker. The Caseworker will decide whether the new Report should be added to an existing case or should become a new case. They will also decide whether the best route for the Complaint is to the specialist ASB Team, the Mediation Team or signposted to another service, like the Police. This looks like being a great time-saver, and therefore also, a money-saver

  • A new screen dedicated to “Sign Posting” - so important is it.

  • Streamlined navigation between pages, so that after Update or Data Entry, the user is immediately taken back to the Case History, saving a couple of clicks

  • A new style of reporting with automatic colour coding to automatically highlight issues for supervisory staff.

  • A new way of creating reports, by defining Processes, which can literally be anything which a user does on the system into categories which can then be included in reports.
