The Domestic Violence Computer system

(or Domestic Abuse computer system)

Includes Computer monitoring of Stalking and Computer Coordination of MARAC meetings

The Domestic Abuse Computer System is a module of Caseworks used by Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Voluntary Organisations.

It is used by organisations which provide case support (including 24/7 service) and by organisations who manage the MARAC meetings

Its features are:-

New Features added in 2021/2022

  • An “Intake Form” to enter full details after initial data entry because the initial details are often minimal

  • An “Advice Form” to list all sign-posting options with contact details for staff, which staff can quickly click “Yes” to record actions taken

  • The Grid List facility and downloadable Case Excel option, now extended to DV Caseload and DV Cases.

  • A new Case Alert created automatically, when a Victim/Survivor in one case is also an Offender in another

  • An extension of the Case Notes facility to include a pick list covering all eventualities - each displaying with its own icon in the Case History

  • Additional Risk Assessment Forms, making a total of four alternative fully customisable Risk Assessment Forms now available
