Saving staff time (and money)with interfaces for ASB Systems

We have in principle agreement to write three new interfaces, linking Caseworks to Environmental Health systems. The system will allow HMO data and Private Rented Registration Scheme data to be imported into Caseworks, and flagged up to any ASB Office who is dealing with one of these properties. In addition, we will be transferring data from the Northgate M3 system to the Caseworks system where Environmental Health are dealing with an ASB case.

The benefits will be

  • Avoiding double entry of data

  • Ensuring staff always have the most accurate data available to them

  • Allowing all ASB Statistics to be compiled in one place (from Caseworks) - a service provided at no cost by HUBSolutions

  • Identifying, for Environmental Health, properties which should be in one of the two schemes and are not.

This interface is being offered at no additional cost to the customer

This interface compliments others which we have written to import and export to Housing Tenancy systems, to Import from NLPG Property Systems and other ad hoc schemes eg. to import Local Authority Complaints Data.
