Aurora New Dawn gets two new Risk Assessments for the Caseworks Domestic Abuse Computer System

Aurora New Dawn - a specialist and highly acclaimed not-for-profit organisation assisting women in the Portsmouth and Havant area who are experiencing Domestic Abuse or Stalking - now has two new Risk Assessment forms set up for staff to use. In total, there are now four Risk Assessment options on the Caseworks Domestic Abuse Computer System for them to choose from.

Each Form has customised questions and each question has customised “help” text to guide staff.

The forms are automatically graded into Red, Orange and Green - with the option to manually override.

When completed, the Form is added to the Case History, and there is a series of one-word summaries of each question which was positively answered, allowing users to view at a glance what the main issues are. Any number of Risk Assessment Forms can be added to a case. The Colour code of the Form determines the colour code of the whole case, automatically. Forms can be converted into a printed document very easily.
