Comprehensive Client Consents page added to the Domestic Abuse System in Caseworks

HUBSolutions has responded to a client request from our Scottish Borders customer for a new screen dedicated to logging Client Consents. This is part of their process of getting accreditation under the Leading Lights scheme - a UK national accreditation scheme for IDAA services. Currently only 6 organisations in Scotland have this accreditation, so we like to keep our customers at the cutting edge.

The new screen is very quick and easy to complete, as it starts with a “Yes to all” button, and then allows update from the list of up to 20 organisations to which Clients can consent or not. The system is designed so that a senior end-user can edit this list, as and when required.

On completion of the form, the record appears in the case summary, with the “Allowed” organisations in green, and the “Declined” organisations in red.

Multiple Client Consent records can be added, as they have to be reviewed periodically. Caseworks makes this a minor task, as data is pulled forward from the previous Consent page, and can then be, edited if needed, for the new page. All previous consent pages are, of course, saved.
