Funding for Domestic Abuse Victims logged on Caseworks DV System

A new Case Page for the Caseworks Domestic Abuse Module was added to the Scottish Borders DV System at the start of 2023, and already staff have logged over 100 successful bid on behalf of clients, totalling over £13,000. The work involved in recording each bid is minimal, with a simple pick list of funders and an option to record the amount and notes of the bid process. The benefits in understanding Clients needs, identifying the best way to meet those needs, monitoring the successes of the team and linking this data to data about the cases - the Risk, Status and duration of each case is enormous.
