User loves the re-customised Anti Social Behaviour System!

Following several months or intense liaison with out Portsmouth City Council customer, in which every screen, every pick list and every transaction button was reviewed, edited or deleted and a number of new functions were added, it was really gratifying to get this response from an end-user.

Hi all

I just wanted to say, thank you so much for all your hard work with sorting the ASB system. It is so much easier to use now and user friendly. Even a dummy like me can do it! I know it's not been easy but it really does make such a difference. Loading ASB details now is a lot easier and isn’t as much as a chore.

Thanks for all your support 😊
