CPN Enhancements for the ASB System

Dudley Council and Croydon Council have been working with HUBSolutions to enhance the facilities for recording CPN (Community Protection Notice). Croydon wanted to include an “EPN” (Environmental Protection Notice) and Dudley a “CPN Prosecution”.

It was clear to HUBSolutions, that the number of CPN related buttons in the “Legal Action” Case Button List required more enhancement than simply adding a button and pick list item. Users who were working through from CPN Warning, CPN Notice and then to CPN Prosecution, would not want to re-type the CPN conditions each time. Pulling data through was possible, but came with a problem - what if the same case included more than one Offender, and each was subject to a CPN with different conditions. A further button was needed to allow users to turn “pull through” one and off.

Problem solved, and within a week of a request being raised.
