A new Advice Recording facility for the Domestic Abuse System

At the request of our Scottish Borders customer, HUBSolutions has created a new user-customisable facility for very quickly logging advice and signposting to their clients who are victims of Domestic Abuse. The facility required three new screens on the system. 1. A template screen to define the Advice options, and each option can have any amount of information with it - phone numbers, email addresses, web sites etc. 2. An Advice recording screen, which is a simple list of Yes/No options for each agency, displaying also the contact details. Approximately 40 options are currently available to users. 3. An Advice Item screen which clearly lists in the Case History each piece of advice given to the client

The system went live in March 2022 and had 36 Advice Items recorded in the first month of use
