Keeping our Domestic Abuse Software up to date with Scottish Law - “Non-harassment Order” button

in HUBSolutions, we are completely committed to keeping the system abreast of legal changes at no cost to the customer. The most recent example came when our Scottish Borders customer requested a new button and new page to deal with a change in Scottish Law - called the Non-Harassment Order. Within a few days of the requirement being specified, we had the new facility in TEST for approval. Within a day of it being approved, we had it in the LIVE system. This is just one of many examples where we have enhanced the system at no notice, and no cost to keep ahead of the curve. The response “Thanks the NHO works absolutely fine”

The Domestic Abuse Software now lists Civil Action, Criminal Action and Non-Harassment Order in the list of prohibitive measures which staff can record whilst doing their Domestic Abuse Casework.
