Anti Social Behaviour Software which facilitates staff covering for each other

HUBSolutions has launched a significant enhancement of its customisable Anti Social Behaviour software menu system, to make it possible for staff to work on the cases of an officer who has left, gone on holiday or is long term sick. There is no need to log in “as someone else” or to work from an offline list of cases. The new facility allows a user to select a colleague to include in their menu. Doing so embeds the Caseloads, Alerts and Key Performance Indicator reminders from a designated User into their menu. It does NOT mix the user’s own cases with the other user’s cases. The facility can be switched on and off at will. Any updates made by the covering officer will be in their own name, not the name of the absent officer.

Currently the new software is on trial within the London Borough of Croydon, Anti Social Behaviour System. This facility is restricted to a maximum of two users to be incorporated in this way. Subject to the outcome of the trial, the facility will be rolled out to other Caseworks Anti Social Behaviour customers, to modules such as Domestic Abuse Software, Tenancy Support Software etc., and will allow any number of users to be captured in this way. None of the existing customers will have to pay for this enhancement.
