A new module in Caseworks! The Parkguard module created for Croydon Housing Department
HUBSolutions was commissioned to create a new Caseworks Module, to handle data which they were receiving from their new contract with Parkguard™ Ltd. Parkguard™ are currently providing a service to Croydon Housing Department to patrol - usually out-of-hours - specified Housing Estates and roads, picking up on any visible signs of Ant-Social Behaviour and other maintenance, cleansing or caretaking issues. Detailed reports are prepared for the Council every day, providing a treasure trove of valuable information.
HUBSolutions set up a sub system within its Caseworks environment with the following facilities to allow the Housing Department to efficiently monitor and respond to the issues raised. The module went live on 1st May 2026 and in just 20 days, the number of “Events” logged has exceeded 1,000 and specific actions taken by the Council, as a consequence has exceeded 150.
The new module offers the following functionality
An “upload facility” whereby new Parkguard™ reports can be uploaded and machine read into the Caseworks Database
Records for each Area visited
Records for each Visit made - which includes the full transcript of the Parkguard observations
Records for each Event and each Outcome recorded
Records for each Person who Parkguard™ interacted with during the visit
Redirected data logged with Housing Services, such as Repairs, Caretaking etc.
Emails automatically sent to each service area, including the transcripts, and a code to allow users direct access to the pending action record
A suite of dedicated reports, with the facilities already in other modules, to (a) Embed reports in named user menus (b) email reports out to named users on a periodic basis determined by users.
