20,000 emails sent from Caseworks in just 8 months + as many again from customer hosted systems

It was October 2025 when a completely new “Email Out” system was introduced to our HUBSolutions hosted systems. The main purpose of the change was to overcome the problem of blocked emails, by partnering with SendGrid™. Our primary objective was met, but we used the opportunity to introduce a new suite of software which gave enormous flexibility in the sending of emails to users. Emails are being sent when an Alert or Key Performance Indicator is created, when a Report has been requested, when a Notification is needed and when a User has difficulty logging in.

The “Email-Out” facility and its sister facility “Email-In” are among the most commonly used functions in the Caseworks System.

Emails which are reminders, come with an attachment, which when opened will transfer the reminder to the user’s Outlook calendar.

Emails which have reports attached, can be scheduled for any user for any report, based on a schedule which is daily, weekly, or monthly

The text in the body of emails is created by the system on the fly, to be intelligent and relevant as in the example opposite.
