St Albans City Council places order for Estate Management Software

We are delighted to announce that St Albans City Council, who are already an avid Caseworks customer, and already have the Anti-Social Behaviour software, the Domestic Abuse Software, the Safeguarding software (which is a customisation of the Tenancy Support module) and the Child in Need Module, have now extended their use of the system by placing an order for the Estate Management Software, and in particular, the Tenancy Procedures facility.

The Tenancy Procedures software, is a highly customisable facility which allows various Tenancy Procedures to be defined as a series of Stages - each with deadlines - to be created through the These are then used by Housing Staff in their day-to-day work. The software creates Alerts for staff for each stage, allows them to upload images and documents at each stage, links each Procedure to the Council’s Tenancy record - which is downloaded weekly - and provides an overview of workload and adherence to deadlines and standards. This software was originally developed in partnership with Leeds City Council who are still using it.

HUBSolutions has currently transferred the software to the St Albans Test system, where it will be discussed with managers and staff, customised for the needs of the Council and then transferred to Live.
