All our Housing Customers now have an interface with their Rent Accounting system

St Albans City Council, has just completed the 40th weekly update of their Tenancy Data on Caseworks. They join Leeds City Council, Portsmouth City Council, Gloucester City Homes, London Borough of Croydon and others to have achieved full integration of Caseworks with their existing systems. The benefits of doing so are enormous.

  • Massively speeds up Data Entry because staff only have to select Tenants to include in their case no need to key details in

  • Increases data available to staff - like DOB, Tenancy Date, Ethnicity and Disability - which are often not captured when an ASB complaint is started

  • Contact information - phone numbers and emails - are refreshed after a case is entered, ensuring the most accurate data is available

  • New built properties are automatically added to the database

  • It opens opportunities to add our Estate Management module, for Tenancy Procedures etc, because a Case Record is automatically created for each Tenant to which Tenancy Procedures can be linked.

Leeds City Council and St Albans Council are customers of our Estate Management Module, and Portsmouth City Council are looking to add Tenancy Procedure data in the near future.

There is more…

Gloucester City Homes has achieved a 2-way exchange of data, thereby ensuring the staff who only use the Rent Accounts system see the up to date position of ASB cases from Caseworks. Theirs is also the only interface to include into Caseworks details of Rent Arrears and RTB actions.

St Albans City Council is working with HUBSolutions to provide an automatic transfer of data from Caseworks to their corporate Satisfaction Survey system.
