In HUBSolutions, we firmly believe in going the extra mile to meet our customer's needs, even AFTER they have gone Live. This may include complete re-cusomisation, subsequent data imports, specialist training, bulk correction of existing data and developing interfaces with other systems the customer already has.

Area Boundaries
A common problem for many customers, is a need to analyse data by Area Boundaries, which do not exist on the Property Gazetteer supplied to us. Lewisham, were able to provide us with a Rents System extract, fully coded by the Housing Area Boundaries.
We applied this to our mapping programme to recode the whole Gazetteer, giving the customer a massive improvement in reporting and user functionality.
Incident Type Changes
Many customers have a need to re-categorise their Incidents after Go Live. Often this re-classification is linked to the Case Client Group and Case Priority.
Solihull made additions and deletions to their Incident Types, but also enhanced the list of Client Types. They wanted to maintain a strict relationship between Incident Types, Client Types and Priority, both for new cases and previously entered cases. Our batch programmes enabled a complete rebuild of their existing data. The Test Database we created for them, was a valuable aid to Quality Control.
