Caseworks
The HUBSolutions Caseworks System is a fully customisable, web based Anti Scocial Behaviour Database, including Housemark, Mobile facilities, Client Internet Gateway and Mapping options. Caseworks also has modules for Estate Management, Tenancy Support, Supported Housing, Domestic Violence, Victim Support and Offender Management.
Some customers are using the system on a shared usage basis for multi-agency working and to reduce costs
Mobile Solutions
There are a range of Mobile Solutions to support the Caseworks Database and its modules. Currently available is
ASB Data Capture, designed for Wardens recording environmental issues
Estate Management Data Capture, built for Housing Staff undertaking Estate Inspections.
ASB Mobile, a cross platform web facility to access our ASB database from a mobile without loss of functionality.

Is our software for recovering overpayments from Housing Benefit. Debtsys is a highly sophisticated package, used by several major London Local Authorites, fully integrated with the First Benefits system. It has saved our customers millions of pounds.

A development of our highly successful DEBTSYS package which deals comprehesively with Debts from Benefits, Council Taxes and other sources.
Academy Quality Assurance Module
This highly successful PSF funded product, jointly developed with and marketed by Capita Computer Services, has been rolled out to nearly 40 Local Authorities across the country. It is fully integrated into Academy Benefits, with a sophisticated real-time interface which ensures claims, marked for QA, cannot be paid until checked.
