The Anti Social Behaviour System gets a new repeat contact facility

Ensuring regular contact with Clients, is always a difficult thing. It requires a system of reminders and monitoring. Caseworks has always had a Key Performance Indicator facility for this, but it isn’t as flexible as we would like.

We have launched a new facility and set it up on the Durham Caseworks site as the first customer to test it. The new facility allows:-

  1. A policy repeat visit frequency, which can be determined by the Case Type, Priority and Team dealing with it. When set the visit reminders are created from the minute the case is created
  2. A personal visit frequency setting which can be set separately for each Client according to their personal needs
  3. A history of visit frequencies as well as a history of visits
  4. Reminders for the user to carry out the visits
