HUBSolutions has gone live with a new Customer Enquiries system from Freshdesk. It is used for reporting issues, requesting help and advice and as a customer forum.  The system provides automatic feedback to customers and collects customer satisfaction information for everything we do. It also records the time spent resolving an issue and we categorise issues completely for detailed management information and product improvement
