HUBSolutions signs hosting agreement with IOMART moving towards the IL3 standard

HUBSolutions has signed a contract with IOMART plc. to provide hosting for its products. In a move which will allow HUBSolutions to meet the “IL3” security standard for hosting, and will immediately improve security and connectivity to its systems by deploying site-to-site VPN connections to its Local Authority and Housing Association customers, the company has signed a contract with IOMART plc. – a Glasgow based hosting company.

Benefits Overpayment Recovery at Brent hits a record high with HUBSolutions DEBTSYS

Figures just released from Brent Council, North London, show that our Housing Benefits Overpayment Recovery System - known as DEBTSYS - has brought the recovery of debt to a new high - £6m pa from £2m pa when DEBTSYS was first introduced. We also want to acknowledge that these amazing figures - a 200% increase - are a testament to Tim Ring and his team at Brent Council
Full marks for new Customer Satisfaction System

HUBSolutions has gone live with a new Customer Enquiries system from Freshdesk. It is used for reporting issues, requesting help and advice and as a customer forum. The system provides automatic feedback to customers and collects customer satisfaction information for everything we do.

HUBSolutions opened a new office in East Croydon, South London on 1st July 2014. The offices in AMP House, Dingwall Road, CR0 2LX were chosen because of their excellent transport links, and the number of contracts which the Company has with the London Borough of Croydon.
