PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Several of our consultants have had extensive experience in Project Management of IT developments, from small single user-group systems to complex corporate developments involving multiple interfaces. Claire is PRINCE2 qualified.
REVENUES and BENEFITS
We have had very extensive experience in improving and introducing systems in the Revenues and Benefits area. We have been involved in major system migrations, system purchases, outsourcing services and moving services in-house. We have written many one-off pieces of software to migrate data and set up special interfaces and reports.
ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
We have project managed many of our ASB implementations. Many of these have been complex projects involving multiple agencies and complex security issues. We have also set up Online Procedure Diagrams for several staff using a Visio(tm) template.
ORACLE
We have an Oracle(TM) expert who has undertaken a wide range of projects for various public and private sector clients.
