        • Makes best use of QA resources, by allowing you to focus on inexperienced staff / complex case types / excessive over or under payments / excessive delays or backdating.  Selections can be made on the fly, with the number and percentage of cases selected, immediately calculated.

          • Work through each assessment, review the work done, and select from a configurable list of issues and potential errors. Print errors to Word and include in EDMS system, email or print directly for the assessors.

            • All Errors selected are linked to Training Need Topics in a manner configurable by you.  This means that in processing errors, you are building up a Training Needs Profile as well as an Accuracy Profile

              • Training courses can be constructed from Error Analysis – listing topic to be addresses, assessors to be trained, and eventually monitoring cost, user feedback AND effectiveness in terms of the error rate. The training timetable, allows you to monitor a year’s training, by Team, by User, by Days, by Cost.

                • A flexible menu based reporting system of downloadable Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, used in all HUBSolutions products is available, and can be totally customised to meet your needs.
