Croydon stick with DEBTSYS

Following an extensive review of the options for debt
recovery, after the planned migration of the Revenues
and Benefits System from HBIS to Northgate First
Benefits, Croydon have decided to stick with DEBTSYS
and commission HUBSolutions to make the necessary
changes to interfaces to permit this.
This decision was taken, after reviewing the six figure savings DEBTSYS has brought to Croydon and Brent, and comparing notes with collegues in Brent who have been using the system for much longer.
The interface changes are being done in close collaboration with Northgate, who are assisting with some aspects of the changes.

Islington go live with DEBTSYS and the CASE DECISION
SHEET. This project had been considerably delayed,
awaiting further enhancements of both parts of the
systems, in order to customise the Correspondence
Production and provide for import into the newly
installed Anite EDMS system.
