Debtsys
Is our software for recovering overpayments from
Housing Benefit. Debtsys is a highly sophisticated
package, used by several major London Local
Authorites, fully integrated with the First
Benefits system,also offering an interface to EDMS
systems and Corporate Debtor Systems. This software
has proved itself everywhere it has been introduced
with SIX FIGURE IMPROVEMENTS in income recovery due
to the comprehensive nature of its carefully worded
correspondence suite and its tailored treatment
cycles.
Decision
Sheet
An invaluable software tool, which can be used as a
data capture facility for Debtsys, or as a
stand-alone management tool for recording within
any EDMS system, the processes followed in a
Benefits Assessment. The Decision Sheet is
pre-populated from the Housing Benefits Core system
and assists the Assessor record their decision
making for each assessment with the minimum of
effort.
Quality
Assurance
A key tool in the battle to drive up standards in a
Housing Benefits Serice, this product, fully
integrated with First Benefits, allows the detail
of QA checks on Housing Benefit Assessments to be
logged, linked to an error table, linked to
training needs and used in the design of training
courses. The statistical output provides a real
insight into the Quality and Quantity of work in
the Department.
Academy
Quality Assurance Module
This highly successful PSF funded product, jointly
developed with and marketed by Capita Computer
Services, has been rolled out to nearly 40 Local
Authorities across the country. It is fully
integrated into Academy Benefits, with a
sophisticated real-time interface which ensures
claims, marked for QA, cannot be paid until
checked.
