CASEWORKS becomes compatible with the HOUSEMARK Standard

Four of HUBSolutions customers have a need to supply
ASB statistics to Housemark for performance
monitoring.
HUBSolutions has completed a series of enhancements to make this a very easy task. The new software will be rolled out at no additional cost to existing customers as part of the Maintenance Agreement. The package maps Caseworks Data to the Housemark Categories in a highly flexible way which will not constrain the future development of either. It displays the Housemark reporting data to users of the system and consolidates the varies statistics into a single Excel Table. It goes beyond the minimum requirement, providing the ability of users to sub divide their Housing Stock into Areas, and retreive the statistics per 1,000 properties in each area. There is also software to create the Housemark records for previously closed cases.
Peter Hall, MD HUBSolutions, said that the requirement is both complex and demanding, and unless fully allowed for in the design of the system, Housing Organisations would find the results very hard to achieve. He is looking forward to discussing the development with Housemark with a view to set up an automated upload of data.
