Dudley Council went Live with the ASB Module for the
start of the New Year. Dudley's implementation was
outstanding in the completeness of the Rents Extract
file, ensuring that users had a minimal data entry
task when selecting Council Tenants as Complainants
or Offenders. HUBSolutions developed a new Victim
Action Plan page for Dudley to match their victim
support procedures.
