Notify and Respond
(the warden's module)


The Notify and Respond Module has been written to meet the needs of Wardens and Call Centres, to record Incidents - rather than Cases - usually with the need for a response - to resolve the problem. The volume of Notify and Respond records will be greater than Cases, but the associated information with each will be much less. The module has been written with speed of data entry a prime consideration. The Mobile Working Tool interfaces directly with this module, allowing data to be uploaded directly from a smartphone PDA.

  • Rapid Data Entry from the Main Menu, with a repeat entry button.

  • Categorisation of incidents, which is separate from the ASB list, but with a conversion option.

  • Specific fields to record Graffiti Tags and Vehicle Registration.

  • Facility to attach any number of Persons to a Report - persons may be entered as a descriptive only.

  • Facility to attach any number of Images to a report.

  • Facility to make any number of referrals for services, which may be automatically emailed to a designated Service Organisation, or picked up in a system interface.

  • Facility to make any number of intelligence notificaitons to designated Partner Organisations, which may be automatically emailed.

  • Automatic linking of associated records, which share the same address, persons name, graffiti tag or vehicle registration.

  • Facility to send a Notification to a designated Casework section to be converted into an ASB Case.

  • Facility to send a set of linked Notifications to a designated Casework section to be converted into an ASB Case.
