The victim support module was developed for North
Ayrshire Council, to enable them to work more
efficiently with victims of anti-social behaviour,
hate crime and domestic violence. This is a
Scottish Executive funded pilot project, to use
deveices such as panic alarms and GPRS enabled
phones to make victims more
secure.

Link through to the ASB module or other relevant modules, with victims acting as a common record.

Multi-agency facility - the system controls access by users to each module, whilst displaying involvement of a person in another module or another case.

Case management is independent of ASB and other modules.

Data facilities for device stock list, cost and status, victim assesment score page, victim support plan to allow multiple allocation of equipment and device tracking.
