Caseworks Modules
Independently Work Together

The Caseworks Modules have been developed to respond to the needs of various customers who have needed to accommodate a specialist function, which relates to ASB Casework, but is distinctly different.

Each module has its own data structure and its own functions. This allows complex functionality to be developed without cluttering up the core ASB module with facilities which are rarely or never required. Each module has its own statistics.

Despite these deliberate demarcations, the modules work together because they share the same Person and Property data. When a person is in more than one module, the case history shows an "Also in ..." message, which is a hyperlink to the other module. Caseworks security will control whether the User is able to follow that hyperlink or not. Permissions are set up for each user and for each organisation, in each module, so complete privacy is possible.

In addition, some modules can be used to create cases in other modules, and the Intelligence Module, reads data from other modules.

Modules currently available of in development are:

1.
ASB Casework module (core module)
2.
Notify and Respond (wardens module)
3. Prolific Offenders
4.
Victim Support
5.

6.
