Person Checks Module
THE PERSON CHECKS MODULE IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS WHO COMMISSIONED IT
Functions of the Module
1. Record a request for a Person to be vetted for one of a number of purposes and after referral from one of a number of sources.
2. Record progress made in vetting, by recording the Organisations to which a Referral for Information has been made.
3. Record the final decision of the vetting process
4. Provide for a Case to be re-opened, due to appeal etc.
5. Provide for Target Timescales for different categories of vetting
6. Provide monitoring of workload and turnaround times, both for referrals and overall decision making.
7. Integrate this function into the ASB module in the following respects:-
a. Shared property Gazetteer
b. Shared Tenancy Data Source
c. Ability to search and link Persons already known to the ASB module
d. Ability to link ASB cases to Persons known from the Person Check Module.
e. Ability for users to “jump” between modules, on a linked record and where authorised to do so.
8. Distinctly separate this module from the ASB module in the following respects:-
a. Users are separately authorised for each module.
b. Functions and Data are distinct
c. Reports are separated.
