Anti-Social Behaviour Systems

Caseworks
Caseworks is our flagship, web enabled, modular, multi-agency database for handling anti-social behaviour.
It is used by over 20 customers in England and Scotland (Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and Police Forces). The core Anti-Social Behaviour Case Module has a wealth of functionality encompassing Person, Property, Incident and Action details, providing for Mapping, Document Production and Document Storage and fully integrated with email. Other Modules provide for Victim Support, Wardens / Call Centre functions, Prolific Offenders, Police Functions, Domestic Violence and Mediation.

ASB Instant Capture
Is our Mobile Working tool, for Wardens and other out-of-office staff capturing Anti-Social Behaviour in the environment. The tool, developed with Glasgow City Council, is fully integrated with mapping software, and captures location and type of ASB, related camera images, details of Persons, Vehicle License Plates and Graffiti Tags. Most importantly its customisable interface allows Response Requests to be keyed in for subsequent remedial action. The tool uploads to a database, either after each incident is recorded or when there is GPRS reception, using a secure wireless network.
Customers may use the facility as a stand-alone tool in the fight against ASB, or fully integrate it into Caseworks, form where data may be optionally converted into Cases, or used to trigger emails and interfaces to service departments.

Online Procedure Manual
Our process mapping system, based on Microsoft Visio, enables you to create an intranet / extranet flow chart for staff and agencies, taking them through the procedural options available to them.
It can also be a resource facility, providing downloads of Court Documents, Case Studies and links to useful internet resources. The standard program includes site search, listing all relevant references in the manual and jumping to each with a clear flashing arrow. The system is designed to work with any of the Caseworks modules, but it can also be used as on its own simply as a reference tool.
