Every night User Statistics are rebuilt for each User Profile. These customisable numerical counts, show the break down by Status, Sub Status, Cases Opened and Closed in the last Period, Alerts broken down by the type of record to which they refer, Key Performance Indicator achievements and Case Open Durations.
ALL of the numbers displayed are hyperlinks, taking the user directly to the relevant records, for inspection and correction.
