KPI Action Stages
The Action Stage Table, allows each stage in a complex action to be activated or de-activated and any of them linked to a KPI and a Target Period. By default, Target Periods relate to the previous stage (enabling you to control for example, the time for the Legal Department to respond), but the User is able to change the default to set the Target to operate from the start of the Action, or indeed from any other stage.
