KPI Actions
The System Administrator Screen allows KPI records to be attached to any Action, including System Actions.
The Administrator can define a KPI as applying on start of an Action or on Successful Completion of an Action.
It can be defined as linked to the Target Period for the Action, which itself can be defined separately for each of three Case Priorities.
When linked to the Target, the KPI can be set to appear “in anticipation” of the Action, thereby giving an analysis of the Targets which SHOULD have been hit in a given period.
The time period can be set in Days / Weeks / Months etc and, if the Action is defined as an “Initial Action”, the clock starts ticking from the date on which the Case was opened – itself defined by the Date of Referral or Date Reported.
