Caseworks Reporting Overview
Reporting is one of CASEWORKS strongest features, offering unrivalled flexibility and sophistication.
There are many levels of reporting:-
• User Statistics
Arguably the most important, these are online statistics on every Case Owners personal menu which allows them to review their own contribution to the corporate statistics and manage the accuracy of their case load.
• Team Statistics
Statistics based upon the User Statistics, these are designed to facilitate a line manager in monitoring the activity and workload distribution of their staff.
• Ad-Hoc Statistics
This is the ultimate in flexible quick shot reporting, allowing the senior or “expert user” to interrogate any database table by any combination of fields – including date and number ranges, string search for text fields – list the records meeting the criteria and optionally, frequency count by a single key field.
• Formatted Statistics
This is the ultimate in click and point download of complex tables and charts, with multiple selection facilities and drill down to case lists. Up to 180 spreadsheets, each containing 4 of 5 tables are set up in advance, fully indexed and refreshed every night. These can be modified by users, and the modification saved, enhanced by users and the enhancements saved and our new EMail facility allows these to be sent to users daily, weekly monthly etc.
• End User Reports
And finally, a desk top tool, enabling you to manipulate pivot tables, create well formatted lists, printable tables, tab through every format of chart at the click of a button..
• Mapping Interface
The Excel reports also provide the interface to mapping packages. All Person, Incident and Action Reports include Eastings and Northings permitting plotting to main stream packages like MAPINFO or ESRI, while selected reports have been especially designed for the inexpensive MS MAPPPOINT package by converting British Coordinates to Latitude and Longitude. The interface with Mappoint is an exceptionally simple single click from MS Excel.
• Housemark Report
An invaluable tool for RSLs and ALMOs who are signed up to the Housemark Performance Indicators. This facility allows Caseworks Actions and Incidents to be mapped to the Housemark Standard, and condenses the entire quarterly report into a single Excel Table.
KPI Reports
A new facility, enables you to define Key Performance Indicators, and link each to User Actions or System Actions. They can be restricted to one Organisation and can be linked to completion of the Action within the Target Time. Target Times can be linked to Case Priority.
