HOUSEMARK Standard
Background
HOUSEMARK™ released a Standard for ASB Activity in October 2006, This directly impacts four Caseworks Customers who are RSLs, ALMOS, or will be converting to ALMO status in the foreseeable future.
The summary of the Activity Measures is as follows:-
The CASEWORKS Facility allows :-
1. To provide for mapping of all Caseworks Codes to Housemark.
2. To automatically create a single record set of Housemark Measures, linked to each Case, as each Measure is achieved. This makes for complete user transparency and user control.
3. To provide for a once-off creation of previous Housemark Measures.
4. To provide comprehensive reports for each Quarter, listing all the Housemark Statistics, including those for introductory tenancies, both as raw data and as “per thousand properties”, with full drilldown access so that , managers can investigate and analyse down to individual case level.
5. It is hoped, that in a subsequent release, it will be possible to create an output file which can be uploaded directly to Housemark, saving the user the chore of having to re-enter the numbers.

Housemark Activities in the Case
History
As the User Opens, Progresses and eventually Closes a Case, the Housemark Tracking records will automatically be added to the Case History and will be clearly visible as in the test example shown.
