For Housemark Comparisons, all counts are to be divided by the number of properties at the end of the relevant quarter. Caseworks provides a table to global Stock figures each quarter and links output for that quarter to the relevant stock figure. It also provides the option of entering Stock figures for each Area / Estate / Patch for the purposes of internal comparison. Housemark Tracking Data can also be divided by Area / Estate / Patch if this data has been entered, or is in the Gazetteer.
