Email Integration
This is an essential feature for multi-agency use.

Email passwords to users who cannot login
Email Alerts with hyperlinks into the system, for users needing to be reminded of deadlines, meeting dates and times or made aware of disclosure information.
Email notifications of Case Transfer, so that another user can immediately deal with a case entered elsewhere (e.g. By a Call Centre).
Email reports of the required format to senior officers, unlikely to log in frequently
