Correspondence Generation


This is part of the in-built document management facility, and ensuring a real payoff to users to reduce their workload. Documents can be generated through the system


Can be created from a selection of customer defined templates

Templates can be linked to any screen and be specific to the content of that screen

The user can update the content derived from the template and mail merge, to add to or amend the text.

The correspondence is created automatically and instantly on the server, as an Rich Text Format Document, linked to the case and a specific relevant page in the case, and is a visible download option for future reference.

Correspondence can include details of meetings – and an appointment alert is created automatically, they can amount to an official warning – and an action record is created automatically.
