The Domestic Abuse System goes live in Sefton Council (Bootle, Liverpool)

Sefton MBC – a long term user of the Caseworks ASB Module – has commissioned the Domestic Abuse Module and becomes the first customer to fully utilise both the Case Management Tools and the MARAC Coordinator tools. Several enhancements were introduced to the system to facilitate this.


Complaints Management System – at Braintree

Braintree District Council have announced that HUBSolutions was the preferred supplier for their new Complaints System, following a process of competitive tender. The new system will be hosted by HUBSolutions and link to the Braintree Council web site, both to collect the details of complaints entered and to display a summary of the performance in responding to Complaints.


New contract with EBSI takes shape

Anti Social Behaviour System – double go-live on the same day

Monday 12th September, and two ASB Systems – London Borough of Greenwich and Solace – went live with absolutely no problems. This brings to 14 the number of Caseworks systems being hosted by HUBSolutions. Performance is being constantly monitored, and memory in particular has twice been upgraded to cope with the increased demands.


Scottish – Borders Domestic Violence System – Review and Training session

January 01, 1970

HUBSolutions undertook a two day training session at Scottish Borders Council, to bring new staff up to speed with Caseworks, show off some new facilities to existing staff, and explain the way that the system works to all. The session was well received and has led to actions for both customer and HUBSolutions to progress the system further.
