One of the end-user requests from Scottish Borders was for the ability to edit the system in one window, while viewing in another. Why? Some of the forms they have to complete are long and complex, and require information plucked from different parts of the case. Twin screens would be a huge time saver.


HUBSolutions signs hosting agreement with IOMART moving towards the IL3 standard

HUBSolutions has signed a contract with IOMART plc. to provide hosting for its products. In a move which will allow HUBSolutions to meet the “IL3” security standard for hosting, and will immediately improve security and connectivity to its systems by deploying site-to-site VPN connections to its Local Authority and Housing Association customers, the company has signed a contract with IOMART plc. – a Glasgow based hosting company.


The Domestic Abuse System gets second Risk Assessment at Aurora New Dawn

Aurora New Dawn – a long standing customer of the HUBSolutions Domestic Abuse System – tested the flexibility of Caseworks to the limit in the Summer of 2015. They had a need for a second Risk Assessment form for their cases, to meet the needs of the Hampshire constabulary with whom they work.


The Domestic Abuse System goes live in Sefton Council (Bootle, Liverpool)

Sefton MBC – a long term user of the Caseworks ASB Module – has commissioned the Domestic Abuse Module and becomes the first customer to fully utilise both the Case Management Tools and the MARAC Coordinator tools. Several enhancements were introduced to the system to facilitate this.
