South Lanarkshire goes live with Notify and Respond

South Lanarkshire went live with the Notify and
Respond Module for its Wardens Service. Approximately
80,000 existing records were loaded over a weekend.
Several enhancements to the Module were introduced
for South Lanarkshire. These include an enhancement
to the data held and to the Notifications List
facility. Also introduced at the same time was the
first phase of the mapping programme, using Microsoft
Virtual Earth.
Two weeks after go-live, feedback from staff using
the system was very positive.
