Three new Caseworks Pages for Scottish Customers

In the last two month of 2006, HUBSolutions has added three new pages for Scottish Customers.
South Lanarkshire Council have gone live with the "Door to Door" investigation page. This enables users to record a series of interviews conducted adjacent to alleged ASB. If residents turn out to be other victims or valuable witnesses, they can be added to the Case History at the click of a button.
Glasgow City Council is in the process of customising the system. They have requested two new pages, one for Staff Risk Assessment and one for Witness Statements. Both were delivered to the Test System before Christmas.
